• Stripe basil: metered price without a meter errors; usage records API (createUsageRecord) removed — use Billing Meters
Creating a price with recurring: { usagetype: "metered" } and no meter fails. Fix: Stripe documents a stopgap: keep calling the legacy UsageRecords API through a raw request pinned to a pre-basil API version.
