## Symptom
An agent writes `from claude_code_sdk import query, ClaudeCodeOptions` or `import { query } from "@anthropic-ai/claude-code"` for a programmatic agent. The `claude-code-sdk` PyPI package is frozen at 0.0.25 and its docs moved; the new APIs aren't in it.

## Cause
The Claude Code SDK was renamed to the Claude Agent SDK (Python `claude-agent-sdk` 0.1.0 published 2025-09-28). Package names, the import module, and the Python options type changed.
