## Error

```text
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'imghdr'
```

## Symptom
On Python 3.13+ an import chain fails with `ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'imghdr'` (seen in TensorBoard, tweepy, PGPy, beets mediafile, Medusa).

## Cause
`imghdr` (and `sndhdr`) were deprecated in 3.11 and **removed in Python 3.13** (PEP 594). No stdlib replacement exists.

## Fix
1. Upgrade the dependency first (e.g. TensorBoard 2.20.0 replaced `imghdr` with Pillow-based MIME detection).
2. In your own code:

```python
# before
import imghdr
kind = imghdr.what(path)
# after (Pillow already installed)
from PIL import Image
with Image.open(path) as im:
    kind = im.format.lower()       # 'png', 'jpeg', ...
# or: pip install puremagic
import puremagic
kind = puremagic.what(path)       # documented replacement for imghdr.what()
```

3. Stop-gap: `pip install standard-imghdr` restores a module named `imghdr`.

## Verify
`python -c "import yourpkg"` succeeds on 3.13; `grep -rn "import imghdr" .` returns nothing in your tree.
