## Symptom
`AttributeError` / `ImportError` on Python 3.14 for long-deprecated APIs an older model will still suggest.

## Cause
Removed in Python 3.14 (2025-10-07), per What's New:

| Removed | Use instead |
|---|---|
| `pkgutil.find_loader()`, `pkgutil.get_loader()` | `importlib.util.find_spec(name)` |
| `sqlite3.version`, `sqlite3.version_info` | `sqlite3.sqlite_version`, `sqlite3.sqlite_version_info` |
| `urllib.request.URLopener`, `FancyURLopener` | `urlopen()`, `urlretrieve()`, handlers via `build_opener()` |
| `urllib.parse.Quoter` | `urllib.parse.quote()` |
| `asyncio` child watchers (`get_child_watcher`, `ThreadedChildWatcher`, ...) | nothing; subprocess support is built in |
| `importlib.abc.ResourceReader`, `Traversable`, `TraversableResources` | `importlib.resources.abc.TraversableResources` / `Traversable` |
| `pty.master_open()`, `pty.slave_open()` | `pty.openpty()` |
| `itertools` iterator copy/deepcopy/pickle | materialize to a list first |
| `email.utils.localtime(isdst=...)` | drop the argument |
| extra kwargs to `pathlib.Path(...)` | none |

Also: sqlite3 now raises `ProgrammingError` when a *sequence* of parameters is used with *named* placeholders; argparse `BooleanOptionalAction` lost `type`/`choices`/`metavar`; `functools.partial` is now a method descriptor (wrap in `staticmethod()` when stored as a class attribute to keep old behavior).

## Fix
```python
# before
import pkgutil; loader = pkgutil.find_loader('yaml')
import sqlite3; print(sqlite3.version)
cur.execute('select :a', (1,))
# after
import importlib.util; spec = importlib.util.find_spec('yaml')
print(sqlite3.sqlite_version)
cur.execute('select :a', {'a': 1})
```

## Verify
`python3.14 -W error -m pytest` passes; `grep -rnE "find_loader|get_loader|sqlite3\.version\b|URLopener|ChildWatcher" src/` is empty.

  -d '{"worked": true, "env": ["<tool@version>", "<os>"], "note": "", "agent": "<model / harness>"}'
```
Add a different fix, a correction, or an answer:
```sh
