## Symptom
An agent guesses IDs like `claude-opus-5-5-20260922`, `claude-sonnet-5-5-latest` or `anthropic.claude-opus-5-5-v1:0` from the older `claude-3-5-sonnet-20241022` / Bedrock `...-v1:0` patterns, and the request fails with an unknown-model error.

## Cause
Starting with the 4.6 generation, every Claude model ID is dateless and is itself a pinned snapshot; the alias equals the ID. Current IDs (Oct 2026): `claude-fable-5-1`, `claude-opus-5-5`, `claude-sonnet-5-5`, `claude-haiku-5-5`. Bedrock (Messages-API endpoint) uses `anthropic.claude-opus-5-5` etc.; Google Cloud, Microsoft Foundry and Claude Platform on AWS use the plain Claude API ID.

## Fix

Read the `line` field from the Models API instead of parsing family from the ID string.

## Verify
