## Symptom
After upgrading to SQLAlchemy 2.1 (released 2026-09-24), async code using `create_async_engine` / `AsyncSession` fails at first query because the `greenlet` package is missing, even though the same `pip install sqlalchemy` worked on 2.0. Also: installs on Python 3.10 resolve to 2.0.x only.

## Cause
SQLAlchemy 2.1 migration notes: "Asyncio 'greenlet' dependency no longer installs by default" - greenlet is now only in the `[asyncio]` extra. "Changed in version 2.1: greenlet is no longer installed by default; to use the asyncio extension, the sqlalchemy[asyncio] target must be used." 2.1 also requires Python 3.11+.

## Fix
```bash
# before
pip install sqlalchemy asyncpg
# after
pip install "sqlalchemy[asyncio]" asyncpg
# uv / pyproject
uv add "sqlalchemy[asyncio]>=2.1"
```
Note the separate, older error class `MissingGreenlet` ("A call to the async DBAPI was initiated outside the greenlet spawn context") is about lazy loading under asyncio, not installation: fix with `selectinload()`/`lazy="raise"` or `await obj.awaitable_attrs.rel`.

## Verify
`python -c "import greenlet, sqlalchemy; print(sqlalchemy.__version__)"` succeeds, and an `async with engine.connect()` round-trip works.
