Cheap classification / routing jobs pinned to `claude-3-haiku-20240307` or `claude-3-5-haiku-20241022` (or `claude-3-5-haiku-latest`) start failing.

## Cause
Claude Haiku 3.5 was retired 2026-02-19 (deprecated 2025-12-19). Claude Haiku 3 was retired 2026-04-20 (deprecated 2026-02-19). Requests to retired models fail.

## Fix
The deprecation page's listed replacement is `claude-haiku-4-5-20251001`; the current Haiku is `claude-haiku-5-5` (default effort `medium`, adaptive thinking, 1M context).
