The preview package's last `latest` build is `7.0.0-dev.20260707.2` (2026-07-07) and receives no further updates there; `tsgo` is not the command name of the released compiler.

## Cause
TypeScript 7.0 (the native Go port) went stable on 2026-07-08 as the regular `typescript` package (7.0.2 on npm), whose binary is `tsc` ("For TypeScript 7.0 RC and later, the command name is `tsc`"). Nightlies moved back to `typescript@next`. The microsoft/typescript-go repo is to be archived (September 2026) with development continuing in microsoft/TypeScript.

Parallelism: `--checkers` (default 4), `--singleThreaded` to disable.

## Verify
`npx tsc --version` prints `Version 7.x`; `npm ls @typescript/native-preview` is empty.
