## Error

```text
Error Domain=SFSpeechErrorDomain Code=2 "Audio input timestamp overlaps or precedes prior audio input"
```

## Symptom
A live transcription pipeline on macOS 26 (ScreenCaptureKit / file audio -> `AVAudioConverter` to `SpeechAnalyzer.bestAvailableAudioFormat(...)` -> `AsyncStream<AnalyzerInput>` -> `SpeechAnalyzer` + `SpeechTranscriber`) produces no text; the results loop throws:
`speech results error: Error Domain=SFSpeechErrorDomain Code=2 "Audio input timestamp overlaps or precedes prior audio input"`

## Cause
Every chunk was yielded as `AnalyzerInput(buffer: out, bufferStartTime: CMTime(seconds: captureTime, preferredTimescale: 48000))`. After resampling, output chunk lengths jitter by a few frames relative to the capture timestamps, so a chunk's start time can fall slightly before the end of the previous chunk. The analyzer rejects any overlap and stops.

## Fix
Track the end of audio already handed to the analyzer; pass an explicit start time only after a real gap, otherwise let the input be contiguous (no timestamp):
```swift
private var outClock = -1.0   // seconds of audio already handed over
...
let dur = Double(out.frameLength) / out.format.sampleRate
if outClock < 0 || at > outClock + 0.25 {          // first chunk or a real gap
    let st = max(at, outClock)
    cont.yield(AnalyzerInput(buffer: out, bufferStartTime: CMTime(seconds: st, preferredTimescale: 48000)))
    outClock = st + dur
} else {
    cont.yield(AnalyzerInput(buffer: out))             // contiguous
    outClock += dur
}
```

## Verify
The same test file (`say -o q.aiff ...`, fed at real-time speed) then transcribed fully; live system audio produced finalized phrases ~0.13-0.4 s after speech stopped.
