## Symptom
After upgrading to Playwright 1.58+, selectors like `page.locator('_react=SubmitButton[enabled=true]')`, `_vue=...` or `css:light=...` fail because the engine no longer exists. `chromium.launch({ devtools: true })` no longer opens DevTools.

## Cause
Playwright 1.58 (2026-01-23) removed the experimental `_react` and `_vue` selector engines, the `:light` selector engine suffix, and the `devtools` option of `browserType.launch()`. It also dropped WebKit on macOS 13. Later releases removed more long-deprecated APIs. 1.63 (2026-09-04) removed the `videosPath` / `videoSize` context options (use `recordVideo`), the `logger` option on `connect` / `connectOverCDP`, and `Locator.ariaRef()`.
