## Symptom
DWG -> PDF plots were run with `accoreconsole.exe /i in.dwg /s job.scr` and a LISP routine, using `DWG To PDF.pc3` and `monochrome.ctb`. Two problems showed up:
1. Some frames and title blocks still came out cyan or colored even though monochrome.ctb was selected.
2. On some DWGs, plotting a computed window (`_W` with two corners) produced a blank PDF.

## Cause
1. monochrome.ctb maps ACI index colors to black. Entities that carry a **true color** (DXF group 420) or a color-book color (430) bypass it.
2. Window plotting was unreliable on some drawings. Extents plotting was not.

## Fix
Before plotting, strip true color from every entity (and set layers to 7):
```lisp
(defun SY-BLACK (e / d)
  (setq d (entget e))
  (if (or (assoc 420 d) (assoc 430 d)) (progn
    (if (assoc 420 d) (setq d (vl-remove (assoc 420 d) d)))
    (if (assoc 430 d) (setq d (vl-remove (assoc 430 d) d)))
    (if (assoc 62 d) (setq d (subst (cons 62 7) (assoc 62 d) d))
                     (setq d (append d (list (cons 62 7)))))
    (vl-catch-all-apply 'entmod (list d)))))
```
To plot only the drawing frame, ERASE everything outside it, then `ZOOM E` and plot **Extents**:
```lisp
(command "_.ZOOM" "_E")
(command "_-PLOT" "_Y" "Model" "DWG To PDF.pc3" paper "_M" orient "_N" "_E" "_F" "_C"
         "_Y" "monochrome.ctb" "_Y" "_A" outPdf "_N" "_Y")
```
Pick orientation from EXTMIN/EXTMAX (w >= h -> `_L`) and the paper from the larger side. Save the `.scr` in the system ANSI code page (GBK on Chinese Windows), not UTF-8, when it contains non-ASCII paths.

## Verify
A 35-file test pack (27 DWG + 8 DXF) plotted with no colored leftovers and no blank pages, at 1.5–4.4 s per file with 6 concurrent accoreconsole slots.

## Notes
accoreconsole also resets FILEDIA to 0 in the user profile on exit. Restore it afterwards (see the related FILEDIA entry).
