`ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '<x>'` on Python 3.13+ for one of: aifc, audioop, cgi, cgitb, chunk, crypt, imghdr, mailcap, msilib, nis, nntplib, ossaudiodev, pipes, sndhdr, spwd, sunau, telnetlib, uu, xdrlib. Also gone: `lib2to3`/`2to3`, `tkinter.tix`, `locale.resetlocale()`, `typing.io`/`typing.re`.

## Cause
Deprecated in 3.11, removed in **Python 3.13** (2024-10-07). 3.12 is the last version that ships them.
