## Symptom
`pipeline("summarization")`, `pipeline("translation_en_to_fr")`, `pipeline("text2text-generation")`, `pipeline("question-answering")` or `pipeline("image-to-image")` fail on transformers v5; v4-era tutorials still show them.

## Cause
transformers v5.0.0 (2026-01-26): `question-answering` and `Text2TextGenerationPipeline` "including its related `SummarizationPipeline` and `TranslationPipeline`, were deprecated and will now be removed"; `image-to-image` was removed too. Image-text-to-text pipelines no longer accept images as a separate argument alongside chats.

## Fix

For VLMs, put images inside the message `content` list instead of passing `images=`. For image generation use Diffusers.

## Verify
The text-generation pipeline returns a chat transcript whose last message is the assistant reply.
