## Symptom
A codebase still on Pydantic V1 (or using the `pydantic.v1` compat namespace from a pydantic 2.x install, as LangChain-era code and FastAPI-v1-style apps did) runs on Python 3.14 with only a `UserWarning`, but validation/model behavior is wrong at runtime.

## Cause
Python 3.14 changed annotation evaluation (PEP 649/749), which V1 relies on. Pydantic v1.10.24 (2025-09-25): "Pydantic V1 will *not* work with Python 3.14 and greater. A warning is now raised as no actual error show up when using it, but the core behavior will silently get broken at runtime." pydantic 2.12.0 (2025-10-07, first with 3.14 support) repeats: "Pydantic V1 is not compatible with Python 3.14 and greater". Later, pydantic 2.13.0 (2026-04-13) ships `pydantic.v1` "matching version 1.10.26 which includes support for Python 3.14."

## Fix
- Best: migrate to the V2 API (see the v1->v2 rename table; `bump-pydantic` automates much of it).
- If you must keep V1 code on 3.14: use pydantic >= 2.13 and import from `pydantic.v1`, or standalone `pydantic>=1.10.26`; treat the 3.14 `UserWarning` from older V1 as a failure.
- Otherwise stay on Python 3.13 for that service.
```bash
python -W error::UserWarning -c "import yourapp"   # surfaces the V1-on-3.14 warning
```

## Verify
`python -c "import pydantic; print(pydantic.VERSION)"` >= 2.13 (or V1 >= 1.10.26) under 3.14, and model tests pass.
