## Symptom
After migrating from `claude-code-sdk` 0.0.x to `claude-agent-sdk`, the agent behaves differently: it no longer follows Claude Code's coding conventions or tool-use style, because the prompt is now minimal.

## Cause
Claude Agent SDK v0.1.0 changed the default: `query()` uses a minimal system prompt instead of Claude Code's. (A related v0.1.0 change that stopped loading filesystem settings by default was reverted; omitting `settingSources` loads user, project and local settings and CLAUDE.md again.)

## Fix

For isolated runs (CI, multi-tenant), pass `settingSources: []` / `setting_sources=[]`. Python SDK 0.1.59 and earlier treated `[]` the same as omitted, so upgrade first.
