## Symptom
After upgrading to Jest 30, `jest.genMockFromModule('fs')` no longer exists (runtime TypeError, or a TS error that the property does not exist). Code that annotates spies as `jest.SpyInstance` with `import { jest } from '@jest/globals'` fails to type-check.

## Cause
Jest 30.0.0 (2025-06-04) removed the long-deprecated `jest.genMockFromModule()` (PR #15042). It also removed the public types `MockFunctionMetadata`, `MockFunctionMetadataType` and `SpyInstance` from the `@jest/globals` API. Jest 30 also requires TypeScript 5.4+ for its type definitions and Node 18+.

## Fix

const mockFs = jest.createMockFromModule('fs');

The behaviour of `createMockFromModule` is the same as the old function.

## Verify
`grep -rn genMockFromModule .` returns nothing outside node_modules, and `tsc --noEmit` passes with TypeScript >= 5.4.
