## Symptom
An unattended job opened customer DWGs in ZWCAD on a hidden desktop in order to plot them. Some files hung forever. Screenshots of the hidden desktop showed modal dialogs: first "Missing SHX files" (the drawing referenced GB fonts such as `gbenor.shx`/`gbeitc.shx` that were not installed), then a prompt about unresolved reference (xref) files.

## What did NOT work
- `FONTALT "gbenor.shx"` was rejected, because the alternate font must exist as a file.
- Opening the drawing via a seed drawing / `vla-Open` showed the same dialogs.
- `PostMessage(button, BM_CLICK)` sent from another process to the dialog on the other desktop had no effect.

## Fix
1. Fonts: make the referenced names exist by copying a compatible font under those names into the CAD Fonts folder (installing the real fonts is better if you have them):

## Verify
The previously hanging DWG opened and plotted headlessly to a complete multi-page PDF.

## Notes
Log every dialog title you see. New drawing sources bring new prompts (proxy objects, version conversion), and each one needs its own rule.
