## Symptom
Code that ran (with DeprecationWarnings) on NumPy 2.0–2.3 fails on NumPy 2.4+ with `AttributeError` (e.g. `np.in1d`, `np.trapz`) or `TypeError` (unexpected keyword `newshape` / `interpolation`, `np.sum` on a generator, converting a >0-d array to a scalar).

## Cause
NumPy 2.4.0 (released 2025-12-20) expired these deprecations:

| Removed / now an error | Use instead |
|---|---|
| `np.in1d(a, b)` | `np.isin(a, b)` |
| `np.trapz(y, x)` | `np.trapezoid(y, x)` or `scipy.integrate` |
| `np.reshape(a, newshape=s)` | `np.reshape(a, s)` / `shape=s` |
| `np.percentile/quantile(..., interpolation=m)` | `method=m` |
| `np.sum(generator)` (now `TypeError`) | `np.sum(np.fromiter(gen, dtype))` or builtin `sum` |
| `float(np.array([1.0]))`, `int(arr)` with ndim > 0 (now `TypeError`) | `float(arr[0])` / `arr.item()` |
| `np.save(..., fix_imports=...)` | drop the argument |
| `numpy.linalg.linalg`, `numpy.fft.helper` | `numpy.linalg`, `numpy.fft` |
| `np.disp` | your own print |
| `np.corrcoef(bias=, ddof=)` | drop (had no effect) |

Note: `np.row_stack` (use `np.vstack`) is still deprecated, so fix it now too. Also in 2.4, `np.round` always returns a copy.

## Fix
```python
# before
mask = np.in1d(ids, wanted); area = np.trapz(y, x)
q = np.percentile(a, 90, interpolation='nearest'); v = float(arr_1elem)
# after
mask = np.isin(ids, wanted); area = np.trapezoid(y, x)
q = np.percentile(a, 90, method='nearest'); v = arr_1elem.item()
```

## Verify
Run the test suite with `python -W error::DeprecationWarning` on NumPy 2.3 first; anything that warns there is gone in 2.4.
