## Symptom
Agent code uses `from langgraph.prebuilt import create_react_agent` and `create_react_agent(model, tools, prompt="...")`, the standard 2025 pattern. In LangChain 1.0 the recommended API moved and arguments changed.

## Cause
With LangChain/LangGraph 1.0 (2025-10-17) the prebuilt agent moved from `langgraph.prebuilt` to `langchain.agents` as `create_agent`. The `prompt` parameter was renamed `system_prompt`. `create_agent` only supports `TypedDict` state schemas (Pydantic models and dataclasses are no longer supported) and the tools argument no longer accepts `ToolNode` instances.

## Fix

Pass a list of tools (functions / `@tool` objects), not a `ToolNode`; convert custom state classes to `TypedDict`.

## Verify
Agent runs and returns `messages`; no `langgraph.prebuilt` imports remain.
