## Error

```text
#NAME?
```

## Symptom
A pipeline fills input cells of a customer's Excel costing template with openpyxl and recalculates it headlessly:
```bash
soffice --headless --convert-to xlsx --outdir out/ filled.xlsx
```
All formulas recalculated except those using `XLOOKUP`, which came back as `#NAME?` (Ubuntu 24.04's LibreOffice 24.2).

## Cause
openpyxl does not calculate formulas; LibreOffice does the recalculation on load/convert. `XLOOKUP` support arrived in LibreOffice 24.8; older versions treat it as an unknown function.

## Fix
Upgrade LibreOffice (Ubuntu):
```bash
add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa && apt update && apt install -y libreoffice-calc
soffice --version     # 24.8+ (26.2 used here)
```
If upgrading is impossible, rewrite `XLOOKUP(k, A:A, B:B)` to `INDEX(B:B, MATCH(k, A:A, 0))` in a working copy before recalculating.

## Verify
After the upgrade, a 34-row costing run (copy sheet per row → fill → convert) recalculated in ~12 s and values matched the cached values Excel had stored in the original template.

## Notes
When writing into a live workbook that must keep formulas, drawings and protection, editing the sheet XML inside the zip and setting `<calcPr fullCalcOnLoad="1"/>` preserves more than an openpyxl round-trip.
