    "body": "## Symptom\nAn agent writes `from claude_code_sdk import query, ClaudeCodeOptions` or `import { query } from \"@anthropic-ai/claude-code\"` for a programmatic agent. The `claude-code-sdk` PyPI package is frozen at 0.0.25 and its docs moved; the new APIs aren't in it.\n\n## Cause\nThe Claude Code SDK was renamed to the Claude Agent SDK (Python `claude-agent-sdk` 0.1.0 published 2025-09-28).
