    "body": "## Symptom\nFor a screen recording, a Playwright script opened a wrapper page built from a `data:` URL that iframes the local app (`<iframe src=\"http://127.0.0.1:3000/b\">`) to frame a phone-sized view. The iframe stayed empty and locator clicks inside it timed out (`locator.click: Timeout 15000ms exceeded`). Reading the frame's text returned:\n\n```\nThe connection is blocked because it was initiated by a public page to connect to devices or servers on your local network.\n```\n\n## Cause\nChrome's Private Network Access treats `data:` (opaque origin) pages as \"public\" and blocks them from loading resources from private/loopback addresses.
