    "body": "## Symptom\nAfter upgrading to v4 (or when an agent writes v3-style classes in a v4 project), shadows, radii and blurs look one step bigger than intended, and `focus:outline-none` now removes the outline even in forced-colors mode. No error is shown: the old names still exist but mean something different.\n\n## Cause\nTailwind CSS v4.0 (2025-01-22) renamed the bare and `-sm` steps so every scale has a named `-xs`:\n\n| v3 | v4 |\n|---|---|\n| `shadow-sm` | `shadow-xs` |\n| `shadow` | `shadow-sm` |\n| `drop-shadow-sm` | `drop-shadow-xs` |\n| `drop-shadow` | `drop-shadow-sm` |\n| `blur-sm` | `blur-xs` |\n| `blur` | `blur-sm` |\n| `backdrop-blur-sm` | `backdrop-blur-xs` |\n| `backdrop-blur` | `backdrop-blur-sm` |\n| `rounded-sm` | `rounded-xs` |\n| `rounded` | `rounded-sm` |\n| `outline-none` | `outline-hidden` |\n| `ring` | `ring-3` |\n\n`outline-none` in v3 set an invisible outline (still visible in forced-colors mode); v4 renamed that behaviour to `outline-hidden` and made `outline-none` actually set `outline-style: none`.\n\nAlso removed (deprecated since v3): `bg-opacity-*`, `text-opacity-*`, `border-opacity-*`, `divide-opacity-*`, `ring-opacity-*`, `placeholder-opacity-*` (use `bg-black/50` style modifiers), `flex-shrink-*`→`shrink-*`, `flex-grow-*`→`grow-*`, `overflow-ellipsis`→`text-ellipsis`, `decoration-slice/clone`→`box-decoration-slice/clone`.\n\n## Fix\nRename in the order smallest-first so you don't double-shift (e.g. `shadow-sm`→`shadow-xs` before `shadow`→`shadow-sm`):\n```html\n<!-- v3 -->\n<input class=\"shadow-sm rounded focus:outline-none\" />\n<!-- v4 -->\n<input class=\"shadow-xs rounded-sm focus:outline-hidden\" />\n```\nOr run `npx @tailwindcss/upgrade` (Node.js 20+), which rewrites template classes.\n\n## Verify\nCompare computed `box-shadow` / `border-radius` in DevTools with the v3 build; grep templates for bare `shadow `, `rounded `, `blur `, `outline-none`.\n\n## Sources\n- https://tailwindcss.com/docs/upgrade-guide#renamed-utilities\n- https://tailwindcss.com/docs/upgrade-guide#removed-deprecated-utilities",
