    "body": "## Symptom\nCode in the 1.3/1.4 style fails on SQLAlchemy 2.x: `engine.execute(...)` does not exist, `conn.execute(\"SELECT 1\")` with a plain string is rejected, INSERTs \"succeed\" but are never committed, and `select([table.c.id])` errors.\n\n## Cause\nSQLAlchemy 2.0 (2023-01-26) removed the legacy APIs that 1.4 flagged with `RemovedIn20Warning`, e.g.: \"The Engine.execute() function/method is considered legacy as of the 1.x series of SQLAlchemy and will be removed in 2.0\"; \"Passing a string to Connection.execute() is deprecated and will be removed in version 2.0.
