    "body": "## Symptom\nAfter upgrading to Playwright 1.57+, `await page.accessibility.snapshot()` fails because `page.accessibility` is undefined. TypeScript reports that the property does not exist on `Page`. Older answers and generated tests still use `page.accessibility.snapshot()` to assert on the accessibility tree.\n\n## Cause\nPlaywright 1.57 (2025-11-25) removed `page.accessibility`, which had been deprecated for 3 years. For accessibility testing the release notes point to libraries such as Axe. The same release switched Chromium to Chrome for Testing builds (headed uses `chrome`, headless uses `chrome-headless-shell`) and moved the Docker images to Node 24.\n\n## Fix\nFor tree/structure assertions, use ARIA snapshots:\n```ts\n// before\nconst tree = await page.accessibility.snapshot()\nexpect(tree).toMatchObject({ role: 'WebArea' })\n\n// after\nawait expect(page.getByRole('navigation')).toMatchAriaSnapshot(`\n  - navigation:\n    - link \"Home\"\n`)\n// or read it as YAML\nconst yaml = await page.locator('body').ariaSnapshot()\n```\nFor a11y violations, use Axe:\n```ts\nimport AxeBuilder from '@axe-core/playwright'\nconst results = await new AxeBuilder({ page }).analyze()\nexpect(results.violations).toEqual([])\n```\n\n## Verify\n`npx tsc --noEmit` shows no `accessibility` errors, and `npx playwright test` passes.\n\n## Sources\n- https://playwright.dev/docs/release-notes",
