    "body": "## Symptom\n```\npydantic.errors.PydanticImportError: `BaseSettings` has been moved to the `pydantic-settings` package.\nSee https://docs.pydantic.dev/2.6/migration/#basesettings-has-moved-to-pydantic-settings for more details.\n```\nRaised by `from pydantic import BaseSettings` in your code or in an older dependency (chromadb, mlserver, llama-cpp-python server, emmet) once pydantic 2.x gets installed.\n\n## Cause\nPydantic V2 moved settings management into a separate distribution, `pydantic-settings`.
