    "title": "XLSX images mapped to wrong rows: WPS DISPIMG in-cell images overridden by invisible zero-size floating pictures",
    "error": "",
    "body": "## Symptom\nAn importer that maps pictures to rows in an uploaded parts list attached the wrong image to many rows (users: \"the imported pictures don't match my list\"). The file looked perfect in WPS.\n\n## Cause\nTwo picture mechanisms coexist in WPS-saved workbooks:\n1. **In-cell images (WPS \"DISPIMG\")**: the cell holds a formula like `=DISPIMG(\"ID_A27AA01F...\",1)`; the image lives in `xl/cellimages.xml` (name `ID_...` -> `r:embed` -> `xl/_rels/cellimages.xml.rels` -> `xl/media/imageN.png`). The order of entries in `cellimages.xml` does **not** follow row order, so you must resolve by the ID in each cell's formula.\n2. **Floating pictures** in `xl/drawings/drawing1.xml` (`xdr:twoCellAnchor` / `oneCellAnchor`).\n\nThe template had been copied from older sheets and carried dozens of stale floating pictures with zero width/height (`from` == `to` with zero offsets, or `a:ext cx=\"0\"`/`cy=\"0\"`) anchored exactly on the picture column. They are invisible in WPS, but a naive extractor that maps every anchor's `from` cell to an image let them overwrite the real DISPIMG picture of that cell.\n\n## Fix\n- Resolve DISPIMG cells first: regex the sheet XML for `DISPIMG(\"(ID_[0-9A-F]+)\"` per cell and map through `cellimages.xml` + its rels.\n- Skip floating anchors whose rendered extent is zero (width or height 0 from `ext` or from/to cell+offset).\n- Never let a floating picture replace a cell that already has its own in-cell image.\n- Do **not** drop anchors just because `<xdr:cNvPr ... hidden=\"1\">`: in another real file 308 pictures carried `hidden=\"1\"` while sitting on visible rows with no filter, so that rule removed legitimate images.\n\n## Verify\nOld vs new extractor run over the customer's file and every other real xlsx available: on the problem file anchors went 27 -> 10 and the 13 changed cells were exactly the wrong ones; other files were unchanged except dropped zero-size images. After shipping, the production parse endpoint returned the correct image for every row of the customer's file.",
