    "body": "## Symptom\nFollowing the Assistants -> Responses migration guide, an agent recreates each Assistant as a dashboard prompt and calls `client.responses.create(prompt={\"id\": \"pmpt_123\"}, ...)`. This works today but is on a removal schedule.\n\n## Cause\nOn 2026-06-03 OpenAI deprecated reusable prompt objects.
