    "body": "## Symptom\nA Postgres connection that worked on Prisma 6 (often a managed DB with a self-signed or private-CA certificate) fails after upgrading to Prisma 7 with:\n\n```\nError: P1010: User was denied access on the database <database>\n```\nThe credentials are correct, so this looks like a permissions problem — it is not.\n\n## Cause\nPrisma ORM 7.0.0 (2025-11-19) connects through `node-pg` via `@prisma/adapter-pg` instead of the Rust query engine.
