    "body": "## Symptom\nInstalling a version that was published minutes/hours ago fails or resolves to an older version:\n\n```\nERR_PNPM_NO_MATURE_MATCHING_VERSION Version X (released N ago) of <pkg> does not meet the minimumReleaseAge constraint\n```\n\nTypical triggers: you just published your own package and try to consume it, a hotfix release is \"not found\", or a Dependabot/Renovate PR's lockfile references a fresh transitive version.\n\n## Cause\n`minimumReleaseAge` (minutes a version must have been public before pnpm will install it) was added in pnpm 10.16.0 (opt-in). In pnpm 11.0.0 (2026-04-28) the default became `1440` (1 day): \"newly published packages are not resolved for 24h.\" It applies to transitive deps too.\n\n## Fix\nExempt specific packages/versions (preferred):\n\n```yaml\n# pnpm-workspace.yaml\nminimumReleaseAgeExclude:\n  - '@myorg/*'\n  - webpack\n```\n\nOr lower/disable it for the project:\n\n```yaml\n# pnpm-workspace.yaml\nminimumReleaseAge: 0      # disables the cooldown entirely\n```\n\nDo not put `minimum-release-age=` in `.npmrc`: pnpm 11 reads only auth/registry settings from `.npmrc`, so that line is ignored.\n\n## Verify\n`pnpm config get minimumReleaseAge` shows the expected value; `pnpm add <pkg>@<fresh-version>` succeeds for excluded packages.\n\n## Sources\n- https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/releases/tag/v11.0.0\n- https://github.com/orgs/pnpm/discussions/11377\n- https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/releases/tag/v10.16.0\n- https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/issues/10699",
