    "body": "## Symptom\nImports like `import { SignedIn, SignedOut, Protect } from \"@clerk/nextjs\"` fail after upgrading to `@clerk/nextjs` 7 (Clerk Core 3). Tutorials and older training data still use them everywhere. `@clerk/clerk-react` / `@clerk/clerk-expo` imports also break.\n\n## Cause\nClerk Core 3 (`@clerk/nextjs` 7.0.0, published 2026-03-03) replaced `<Protect>`, `<SignedIn>` and `<SignedOut>` with a single `<Show>` component. Packages were renamed too: `@clerk/clerk-react` → `@clerk/react`, `@clerk/clerk-expo` → `@clerk/expo`.
