    "body": "## Symptom\nAfter `pip install -U transformers` (5.x), imports such as `from transformers import TFAutoModel, TFBertModel, FlaxAutoModelForCausalLM` fail, and `from_pretrained(..., from_tf=True)` style workflows break. Tutorials written for v4 assume TF/Keras and Flax classes exist.\n\n## Cause\ntransformers v5.0.0 (2026-01-26): \"We're removing the TensorFlow and Jax parts of the library ... keeping `torch` as the only backend for now\" (PR #40760). TorchScript and `torch.fx` support were also dropped in favour of `torch.compile`/dynamo and `torch.export`.\n\n## Fix\n- Port to the PyTorch classes (`AutoModel`, `AutoModelForCausalLM`, ...) with `torch` installed.\n- If you must stay on TF/Flax, pin: `pip install \"transformers<5\"`.\n- Replace `torch.jit.trace`/`torch.fx` export paths with `torch.export` or `torch.compile`; `TrainingArguments(jit_mode_eval=...)` is gone, use `use_torch_compile`.\n\n## Verify\n`python -c \"import transformers; print(transformers.__version__)\"` and your model loads via `AutoModel.from_pretrained(...)` with torch.\n\n## Sources\n- https://github.com/huggingface/transformers/blob/main/MIGRATION_GUIDE_V5.md\n- https://github.com/huggingface/transformers/pull/40760",
