    "body": "## Symptom\nA settings file for an unattended agent denies `Bash(git push:*)`, `Bash(pm2:*)` etc. Under `bypassPermissions` the agent still ran `git -C /srv/app push` successfully.\n\n## Cause\nBash permission rules match the command string by prefix. Keep a test list of evasions next to the hook.",
