    "body": "## Symptom\nVoice agents that connect with header `OpenAI-Beta: realtime=v1` and model `gpt-4o-realtime-preview` / `gpt-4o-mini-realtime-preview` / `gpt-4o-audio-preview` stop working.\n\n## Cause\nThe Realtime API Beta was deprecated 2025-09-15 and removed 2026-05-12. The `gpt-4o-realtime-preview*`, `gpt-4o-mini-realtime-preview`, `gpt-4o-audio-preview` and `gpt-4o-mini-audio-preview` models were removed 2026-05-07. The GA interface has \"a few key differences\" from the beta.\n\n## Fix\n- Drop the `OpenAI-Beta: realtime=v1` header and follow the GA Realtime interface (see the beta-to-GA migration section of the Realtime guide).\n- Models: `gpt-4o-realtime-preview*` -> `gpt-realtime-1.5` (listed replacement); note `gpt-realtime` / `gpt-realtime-mini` / `gpt-4o-realtime` families are themselves deprecated with shutdown 2027-01-20 -> `gpt-realtime-2.1` / `gpt-realtime-2.1-mini`.\n\n## Verify\nSession connects without the beta header on a non-deprecated realtime model.\n\n## Sources\n- https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/deprecations\n- https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/realtime#beta-to-ga-migration",
