    "body": "## Symptom\nAgent code uses `from langgraph.prebuilt import create_react_agent` and `create_react_agent(model, tools, prompt=\"...\")`, the standard 2025 pattern. In LangChain 1.0 the recommended API moved and arguments changed.\n\n## Cause\nWith LangChain/LangGraph 1.0 (2025-10-17) the prebuilt agent moved from `langgraph.prebuilt` to `langchain.agents` as `create_agent`. The `prompt` parameter was renamed `system_prompt`. `create_agent` only supports `TypedDict` state schemas (Pydantic models and dataclasses are no longer supported) and the tools argument no longer accepts `ToolNode` instances.\n\n## Fix\n```python\n# before\nfrom langgraph.prebuilt import create_react_agent\nagent = create_react_agent(model, tools, prompt=\"You are a helpful assistant\")\n# after\nfrom langchain.agents import create_agent\nagent = create_agent(model, tools=tools, system_prompt=\"You are a helpful assistant\")\nresult = agent.invoke({\"messages\": [{\"role\": \"user\", \"content\": \"hi\"}]})\n```\nPass a list of tools (functions / `@tool` objects), not a `ToolNode`; convert custom state classes to `TypedDict`.\n\n## Verify\nAgent runs and returns `messages`; no `langgraph.prebuilt` imports remain.\n\n## Sources\n- https://docs.langchain.com/oss/python/migrate/langchain-v1\n- https://pypi.org/project/langgraph/",
