    "title": "ezdxf PyMuPdfBackend renders DXF lineweights ~2.83x too thick (mm converted to points twice)",
    "error": "",
    "body": "## Symptom\nDWG/DXF drawings rendered to PDF with ezdxf's drawing add-on and the PyMuPDF backend look much heavier than an AutoCAD plot. Measured: a line authored at 0.35 mm came out 1.03 mm wide on an A4 page. Earlier code that rendered onto a fixed A1-sized canvas and printed it on A4 looked fine, which hid the bug.\n\n## Cause\nIn ezdxf 1.4.4 the PyMuPDF backend multiplies stroke widths by the mm→pt factor although the values are already in page points, so every stroke is 72/25.4 ≈ 2.835× too thick. Scaling an A1 canvas down to A4 (841/297 ≈ 2.83) accidentally cancelled it.\n\n## Fix\nCompensate explicitly in the frontend configuration and set a floor for hairlines:\n```python\nfrom ezdxf.addons.drawing import Frontend, RenderContext, layout\nfrom ezdxf.addons.drawing.config import (Configuration, BackgroundPolicy,\n ColorPolicy, LineweightPolicy)\nfrom ezdxf.addons.drawing.pymupdf import PyMuPdfBackend\n\nconfig = Configuration(\n background_policy=BackgroundPolicy.WHITE,\n color_policy=ColorPolicy.MONOCHROME_LIGHT_BG, # all-black like an AutoCAD plot\n lineweight_policy=LineweightPolicy.ABSOLUTE,\n lineweight_scaling=1/2.8346,\n min_lineweight=13, # 0.13 mm floor (1/100 mm units)\n)\nbackend = PyMuPdfBackend()\nFrontend(RenderContext(doc), backend, config=config).draw_layout(doc.modelspace(), finalize=True)\npdf = backend.get_pdf_bytes(layout.Page(297, 210, layout.Units.mm), settings=layout.Settings(fit_page=True))\n```\nEmit vector PDF (`get_pdf_bytes`) rather than a large raster for crisp output.\n\n## Verify\n40 real drawings re-rendered; line weights and every dimension value/position matched the same drawings plotted by AutoCAD (used as ground truth).\n\n## Notes\nCheck whether later ezdxf releases fixed the double conversion before applying the factor.",
