    "title": "Cloudflare challenge page hangs forever (spinner, no error): network blackholes UDP 443 and Chrome QUIC never falls back",
    "error": "",
    "body": "## Symptom\nA Cloudflare-fronted site shows its \"verify you are human\" check; after the checkbox passes, the page hangs indefinitely. `lsof -i` / `nettop` for Chrome shows only a **UDP 443** socket open to the Cloudflare IP and no TCP connection.\n\n## Cause\nChrome had previously learned that the origin supports HTTP/3 (Alt-Svc) and uses QUIC over UDP 443. Some ISPs (observed on a mobile carrier network) silently drop UDP 443 to certain ranges. Instead of quickly falling back to TCP, the connection stalls.\n\n## Fix\nLaunch Chrome with QUIC disabled (or disable it in `chrome://flags/#enable-quic`):\n```bash\n\"/Applications/Google Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google Chrome\" --disable-quic\n```\nDisabling QUIC is harmless with Cloudflare (it falls back to HTTP/2 over TCP). Do NOT also disable HTTP/2.\n\n## Verify\nThe page loads over TCP (`lsof -i -P | grep Chrome` shows TCP :443) within seconds after the challenge.",
