    "body": "## Symptom\nCreating a price with `recurring: { usage_type: \"metered\" }` and no meter fails. `stripe.subscriptionItems.createUsageRecord(...)` / `listUsageRecordSummaries` are gone from the SDK. `aggregate_usage` and `billing_thresholds` params are rejected.\n\n## Cause\n`2025-03-31.basil` removed legacy usage-based billing. A legacy usage-based price is a price with `usage_type: metered` and no meter. The UsageRecord and UsageRecordSummary endpoints were removed, as were `billing_thresholds` on subscriptions and `aggregate_usage` on prices.
